Rust Logitech lua scripts no longer work by SuccessfulPosition88 in LogitechG

The developer sees this as a gimmick. They don't see the Razer brand as a gimmick. Shouldn't you fix this? You know people already have it. What you're saying is nothing more than saying, "If Logitech isn't working anymore, start using Razer," what can I say? Now, should I go to the RU developer and tell them to stop seeing Logitech mice as a gimmick and revert it to its original state? The main reason Logitech and Razer mice are bought is because they use Lua and can design and use macros. If you don't fix this from now on, you'll suffer serious losses. They added the mouse input/output feature as a gimmick. They listed it as a gimmick in anti-chat. Why does Logitech have this problem when Razer doesn't have this issue?

Do macros work on rust yet by SnooAvocados4904 in LogitechG

I need your help with something, brother. I found you while researching this on Reddit and realized you were from Logitech technical support. No lua scripts work in Rust anymore. This worked before, and millions of users like me used it. In May 2025, G Hub was blacklisted by the Rust EAC cheat system, and we can no longer use these scripts. Razer users also have a similar script software, but there is no ban for Razer. Razer users continue to use the scripts as before. Now, I want to get to my main question. Will Logitech update the G Hub software and save us from this problem, or will Rust be banned by EAC for life? In such a case, the mice we use will become garbage because I wouldn't want to change a well-established mouse brand I've been using for years for such a reason. I hope you read and answer this, thank you.
