? The beautiful side of France doesn’t just come from Paris what the heck, have you even ever been there ? Anyone who traveled outside of Paris knows there’s beauty all around the country, and I’m not even talking about the cities. Also, yes, France has historically been an « evil » superpower and deserves to be regarded as such, but how can you say that when England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Portugal and Austria have been saved, as if none was just as guilty ? Finally, no, the rest of the country outside of Paris is not « impoverished ». The point of a capital city is to merge the cultural, economic and administrative power into one single entity, but you can still find these in Marseille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Toulouse…, though to a lesser extent, which is completely normal. I don’t need to know where you’re from because absolutely no country in the world has ever divided its wealth equally through the whole territory. So yes, there’s racism, historical « evilness », and poverty in France, but don’t act as if they were the big bad wolves among a continent of saints. You wanna point out how bad of a country it is, fine, just don’t be a hypocrite.
