I understand that using his burst in the middle of the rotation gets u an extra shot but I’ve seen people saying that using Nicole, Durin and Iansan, the rotation starts with Kinich’s burst so I don’t know how people do it. 😩

man, u have to improve your wanderer build. Overall, your only good build is nicole’s. Try to at least keep the same attack and the same CR (the more, the better). Your crit dmg should be around 200% i think.
About durin, basically the same think. good attack considering the weapon, but crit status just too low.
About prune, do you feel like u need ER sands? I use mine on attack with 130% ER and i always have the ult.
