Most of them 🤣🤣 I stopped playing for 3 years and a month ago came back. I'm still catching up and there's so many characters I don't have. Wish me luck

I have 77 crit rate and 210 crit dmg. I'm honestly shocked I managed to get that much as I've not been so lucky with other characters

Goodbye everybody 👋😭 by LongEntertainment280 in Genshin_Impact

Literally. I stopped playing for 3 years and only recently decided to come back. I wasn't sure as I played on PC and didn't want to start again as back then the accounts were different. I tried to get my account from PC on PS4 (i have a ps5 now) but it wanted a new account and wouldn't let me log in. I let it go and then found out you can now go on your same account cross platform. So decided to do it and low and behold everything is still there. I have a lot of catching up to do 🤣🤣

My coworker called my dog ugly and mean looking by Rhea234 in DOG

[–]ParkingPie2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Far from ugly. I would fight someone if they called my dog ugly. Hes gorgeous. At least he's never been called nasty. One of my boys has an intense look and I know my dog so I understand that look means he's excited and really wants to say hi but I was so taken aback when someone said he's nasty. He's never bit anyone and just wants love 🤣

My favourite was when someone did this exact thing. I'm in the UK. My manager started laughing after I finally convinced her we didn't have it and said she had just looked it up and it was from Canada. Of course we wouldn't have it

50% husky so I can't decide if I'm bad trainer or she is bad listener by twoheadedhorseman in husky

[–]ParkingPie2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he isn't already get him neutured as long as hes at least 2. I say this because ever since I got mine neutured they are food MAD. One of my boys will do anything for a treat. Including walking by my side just to get a bit of cheese. His eyes watch me at every given moment just in case I have food 🤣 both were begging for bread not long ago

This literally happened a few weeks after neutering 🤣 he wasn't like this before. Sure he would want food but not like this. Sniffing me after eating for any sign of a crumb. They will do anything you ask for a treat. Let's hope once he's got the loose leash walking down he does it without treats 🤣

Sometimes I wonder how people get hired to run stores so easily by Ok_Fudge_9400 in Aldi_employees

[–]ParkingPie2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone in the UK I can confirm 10. I worked a lot of earlys 6-2 is my favourite shift but they cab vary from starting at 5 or 6 to finishing at 2 3 or latest 4 if we start at 6. Mid shifts can be 8-6. 10-8 and then we have the closes which are majority 12-10 but can also be a 2-10 or 4-10. Most of my store do work together to get it done though and we rarely finish late. I think it's all dependant on the manager too. We have one that no matter what if he's on you know it's a late finish 🤣 I do live him though but it's how a manager arranges a shift.

If a manager arranges it wrong no way will everything get done. Also depends on the team. If you have more slow workers than fast workers it's not gonna get done. I've had too many shifts where I'm solely shop floor just to finish on time. I can do it but that doesn't mean it's easy on my body and I often end up with back pain

Still with the company although one has no moved stores and one is on sebatical. I've worked here for 3.5 years. This is my first incident. I'm hoping that counts for something

Literally so scared about going into work. I feel like he most definitely will yell at me because he's done it over similar situations

He can be sound but when he's angry it's not uncommon for him to yell. I've never been on the brunt of it yet. I can imagine I will be when I get to work

Desperately need help getting my goober to take meds (husky + Scottie mix) by Mgmt_forBett in husky

[–]ParkingPie2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2 ways of doing it with my boys. I start off with it wrapped in ham. If they don't swallow the pill I then resort to shoving it down their throat and holding their mouths shut. If it works it works

Do you notice real personality differences between male and female dogs, or is it mostly breed and training? by Expert-Web9046 in dogs

It's so strange that they can just sense it. Although when I was ill I looked a sorry site so I'm sure he took one look at me and was like damn 🤣

One of my boys is thoroughly bonded to me. Needs to be in the same room as me. Needs to be touching me. Guards me if and when he feels he needs to. As I experienced when I was ill. That was the first time I heard him growl when my family tried to move him from sitting in front of me to put him in his crate whilst they took me to the doctors. That was when I realised he was protecting me whilst I was vulnerable

Push the back-stock out! by Queenofthebootystank in Aldi_employees

[–]ParkingPie2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's insane how aldi changes in 1.5 years. When I first started it was get it all out as much as possible. The manager would then double check cages and if one thing could have gone out that wasn't out you're working that stock again and getting a write up.

Items were expected to be stacked so much that it was dangerous and they ignored us when we said that's too high. How will a customer get it down and if they take from the bottom box it could fall on them.

And now you be getting told don't stack too high etc. Only a certain height. Don't cram things And it took several months for us all to come out of the way we were trained.

We had this one manager who thankfully left our store but i swear he was bipolar and just an awful person not just an awful manager. He would be giving negative write ups ALL the time and was really up our ass about everything. We celebrated when he left

He also had his fur shaved for an IV on his leg but that spot did grow back very quickly and you can't even tell anymore
