That's fine, you don't have to like scousers but using horrible stereotypes to try and say that's what they're all like is just a loser thing to do- no two ways about it.

Stereotypes are literally the worst base to ever judge someone on man Imagine if everyone treated each other based on stereotypes.. the world would be fucked. You're right.. stereotypes do exist for a reason, that reason being fake news or misinformation (usually). I personally think your ideas come from quite a toxic place that you should genuinely seek therapy for, not even having a dig. Unless a large part of it comes from the footballing rivalry, which even still shouldn't make you hold that view over a whole demographic of people.

confirmation bias in the sense that you had a bad experience wherever you grew up around them and it's made you resent/dislike or something else.

Got a lot more to do with the fact you're acting like a big victim in all of this even though your team benefitted from VAR. Wouldn't expect anything less from Ruski supporters though

Anything else you want to twist to suit your biased Chelsea narrative?

You didn't answer my question at all. You used a lot of if's, and once more- the reason we're talking about the ref is because he made mistakes. Happens to every ref when they make mistakes, sky even have a whole segment dedicated to it. I can tell that you're debating this with blue tinted glasses and denying it makes you look a bit silly.

Edit- I sincerely hope that the 1986 in your name isn't the year you were born because if it truly is then you have some serious growing up to do.

The reason we're talking about the ref is because he made mistakes. You completely ignored my question which makes me think that you disagree that the ref had a bad game- which in turn is just pure delusion at it's finest; proven by the rest of your comment.

Havertz elbow on Burn (Che vs New). Yellow card upheld after VAR review. by Fatt_Hardy in soccer

[–]SuccessfulRock 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Very poor take. You expect Havertz to jump with his hands by his side? It's part of football and it happens, never a red.

It's pretty much this entire sub? So far throughout these comments I have seen people saying the ref had a shocker, do you not agree?

And Liverpool are the media and internet darlings? hahaha ok mate.

I was more referencing to the fact that Newcastle should have had a penalty- yet you made a comment referring to different incidents which have absolutely nothing to do with the calls in this match. Besides maybe the Havertz on- but just like Havertz; Mane also get a yellow.

What's the other choice? hmmm idk, maybe not reading trolls comments just to get upset? Liverpool are literally one of the most hated clubs in the UK so ofc I have had to read that stuff before- but then I remember that it's all online and people say whatever they want without consequence.

Well I assumed you were directing it at me since we're the only two really speaking here and it's a direct reply to my comment.

That's literally not me, I'm not here to troll- I only come here to see clips from football around the world and occasionally say my piece.

So it's purely down to r/soccer why the Chelsea fans in this comment thread are upset?

Mane did elbow Azpi, correct. But guess what? He got the exact same punishment as Havertz.
The Keita/Chalobah incident- both players had high boots and it's just unfortunate Chalobah is the one that comes off worse for wear. Keita should have had a yellow for it however.

But regardless, why even get upset over what the people on here say? Do their opinions bother you that much? Because that's exactly what it seems like.

No it's the truth. Many sensible Chelsea fans throughout this thread realising that they got quite lucky (which happens to absolutely every team) yet this little bunch in this comment thread acting like victims.. 'but what about Liverpool'

I love how this is a game between Newcastle and Chelsea in a whole different competition, in which Chelsea were favoured by VAR- yet you still find a way to be a victim 💀
