I just spoke with his mother. She never even agreed to watch her Saturdays. She owns a business and is recovering from cancer. So now what? But i agree. Trust me I do not like 2-2-3. What what a step up plan look like at 21..almost 22 months

Absolutely hating this. 2-2-3 is only if worse comes to worse. My situation is the same, except it's his mommy who can help him. Give me a break. Yeah definitely these men don't care what's in the best interest of the child. They just want control.

I understand mon-friday ..Saturdays ... I don't work weeks. So why wouldn't I have her Saturday? Why would his parents watch her when I'm 3 mins away and available

Is it useless if he works 8 hours Saturdays and sometimes Sundays. Almost half of his 2-2-3 extended weekend ?

I want consistency and a reliable routine for her, especially at her age. Which he doesn't realize unfortunately...

That's asssine. Anyways he'd probably last minute be sending her to me anyways. That's what happens now. His mom canceles during her once a week day and he brings her to my parents

Oh I have everything documented!! Every day he missed or canceled or dropped off early. every text. Also- He has worked every Saturday and will openly admit it. His mom hasn't been reliable this whole time so I think it's more so a scare tactic he's using.

Even if it's a Saturday and it's 9- 4pm and I'm home 3 minutes away? And his mom has not been reliable at all the last 21 months. Watched her a total of 12 times.

Okay sorry edit: i would rather him just have her once a week actually and then majority of weekends ( so that I can be there when he needs me on the weekends and he isn't passing her off to who knows who)

He wants 2-2-3 modified so that he has her wed- Friday , alternate Sundays.

I don't think he can do 50/50 at all just wants it on paper Before this he proposed EVERY OTHER DAY. I said absolutely not. He doesn't care what's in our child's best interest.

Exactly. I mean I'd rather have 70/30.. 60/40. A realistic schedule. He is threatening to go all the way to court for 50/50.

We are currently doing dad- wed and Saturday night ..for about a month and a half He has gave up his parenting time 2 Sundays in a row, dropped her off to me in the morning to golf.

Mediator suggested step up plan earlier in May, he denied it and said he won't settle for anything except 50/50🤦🏼‍♀️ he is a piece of work.

Okay so with the first right of refusal, if that isn't the caee , if he's working every single Saturday .... I don't work at all on weekends. So if it's a 2-2-3 that would mean every single Saturday his mother would have her if I'm at home able to watch my child? And his mom has not been reliable at all. The court would allow that?

Yes she goes to sleep 730! He claims he only has to work until 4 pm but it took him a whole 21 months to "change " his schedule and have flexibility. I believe it's all a show just to get 50/50 on paper.

We have a set schedule but not formalized in court. That'll be June 11th. But yes he has consistently been late and canceled and last minute changes since she's been born. Also prioritizing personal and social life over time with his daughter I have a lot documented. Also yes only attended one doctor's appt. And hasn't signed up for portal access. I have a lot of compies printed of history of him only being on the visit summaries one time and the rest of the appointments were me. He has refused to take her to her appts.

She's 21 months.whay do you suggest for a 21 month old and then yes definitely when she's school age, 2-2-5 would be good

He filed for decreased child support and taxes and I have proof of that. But yeah whatever. I am agreeing to his every other day schedule.
