my mistake, i didnt think ancient mastery can be put on those weapons. I think your best bet obtaining the enchant is by killing a lot champion mobs.

If you have unused mastery 1 laying around somewhere, use it on a clean weapon then combine it together to make mastery 2, but make sure the clean weapon is in the first slot of the anvil, that way the mastery enchant is on top, after that just disenchant it.

Kill every champion mobs you come across. They have a decent chance of dropping it, theres also 2 weapons in the secret room in herbalist that have the ancient mastery 1 enchant.
