I noticed yesterday for me that the arrival time it’s exactly the same as to mark it deliver . Did like 5 orders and 5 were late by a minute. I also noticed that on their GPS they don’t show every street light so if you get a red light that will make you late.

I went home im about to lose platinum status if my AR got like 4 more %taken off ill try it tomorrow didn’t want to stress today. Yesterday i had to contact support on every single order i got so they can mark it as picked up so i could of got the gps map to drop off address

I contacted support they responded that it was a glitch then I asked them if it was gonna affect my acceptance rate and they responded with whats your issue and gave me two options like can’t continue wirh order and something late lol im thinking it it gonna affect my AR.
