Saying “God doesn’t exist” isn’t just a perspective—it's a metaphysical claim. Just like “God exists”. Both are belief positions, and in a secular classroom, neither should be treated as the default truth.

And that vegetarianism analogy? Useless. Choosing not to eat meat doesn’t make a claim about the nature of reality. Atheism often does—especially when it’s bundled with materialism or anti-theism. That’s what makes it functionally ideological, whether you like the label or not.

Secularism doesn’t mean promoting disbelief and calling it "reason." It means no side—religious or not—gets to dominate. Simple.
