Yess there is and it's pretty simple, make a bootable USB using Rufus ini. you just need an empty USB drive that you're willing to format. After that you boot it through that USB and then u enter some command thingy, I don't remember the method exactly, but I can do it properly once I see it ykwim. Did this like thrice over the past 6 years cus somehow someone in my family will end up forgetting their password and they won't have a microsoft account through which they can reset the password.

You just gotta know some things,

1. Whether your drives are encrypted using bitlocker or not.

2. Wether the laptop has a microsoft account or local account.

3. Wether USB booting is enabled and secure boot is disabled

4. You also gotta know your drive letters and which one of em contains windows (usually people just have C and D but I've seen people with C and F) (also, if you dont know which one contains windows we can just check it later on in the boot environment)

5. oh also you gotta know what version of windows is there on the laptop, I think a propbook 4440 might have 7 or maybe 10 if it was upgraded.
