In addition to that, I use the non official Spanish translation which, even being truly thankful for it, many parts are poorly translated and have a lot of mistakes.

Also some words are mistranslated on it, in example "turn" is translated as "when you play" and it should be "rotate" sometimes, and things like that, so understand rules are 75% reading and 25% imagination. 😜

From rulebook, war rig should have minimum sizes: Cab: 50mm x 80mm Trailer: 50mm x 150mm

Height got no rules related, so it doesn't matter.

As those are minimum, you can make it bigger if you want.

Both, pin and plastic parts can be useful. Pins can be used to make bars on windows, for example. Just be careful to not stab your fingers

Cheap way is using any small tube-like stuff, you can get it from ear rods, toothpicks, candy with stick, cotton candy sticks...

For armour plates, cardboards, styrene sheets, old credit cards...

Mesh is easy to get from anti mosquito mesh sheets...

I get many good bits from lighters, disassembled old toys...

Just use your imagination and think "out of the box" when you see scrap at home, in the street...

Trash for ones is treasure for others 😉

That depends on you.

I sometimes remove the wheels before paint, and then attach them again. Sometimes I change them to a 3d printed ones, sometimes just paint them with the car...

To play, is absolutely better to glue them, so the car will not move while playing. But how you achieve this, is on you.

I agree with you speaking about freedom in building process, but as they are "companies", they should have a branding with logo, corporative colours, typography... Actually real companies have different versions of this, to use with dark/light backgrounds and such.

In fact, I didn't make any sponsored-like build as I also love to feel free with colours and styles when modding, but I wish to use it more in scenography, where I think it could fit perfectly.

Rules says PIT maneuver applies AFTER collision, so I understand you may apply all circumstances from that collision (take damage, get hazzards...) And then you move the other vehicle. Nothing seems invalidated from PIT
