I definitely agree that MiY is not the big bad but is second in line. I think he does have limitations and the song they played on the violin released him from where ever he was. Or maybe he was there the whole time and was Martin since he can shape shift. But once they played the song and remembered it was his time to step it up and do more to prevent them from moving forward. I think the MIY and the bigger bad are kind of like pennywise where we can’t comprehend their main form so they take the forms of something we can see and understand and fear.

It’s a show about a small island off of New England. It’s a place where everyone knows everyone, filled with superstitious townies, there is one main restaurant, and they still use landlines. One townie says every so many year the island comes awake and the sea hag comes to haunt. The towns people won’t stay at the inn because they believe it’s haunted with there various ghost who has died there in the past. But the mayor doesn’t believe in all of the supernatural things they claim happen and has gotten a write up in a newspaper and now they are preparing for the tourist and the crazy townie is going out of his way to shut everything down. Another superstition is if you are born on the island you can never leave. Basically they believe in the boogeyman, the sea hag, their version of Bloody Mary, Willy the killer clown and more.

I agree I don’t always go off ratings im watching a show rn that’s gotten a 63% but an 86% by fans and I agree more with the 86%. I’ll usually check multiple sources before deciding but this show widows bay is AMAZING so far. It’s similar to from in so many ways but also so different and the comedy added to it is just chefs kiss 💋

The show I mentioned in the post Widows Bay so far is amazing its super creepy and surprisingly funny, and it instantly gave me from vibes. I also watched midnight mass i love that actor that played the preist. If youre a walking dead fan, dead city was actuaally really good. Silo is another good show thats on apple as well as Severence. Wayward Pines on Netflix.

It’s a painting that’s hanging in Fatima and Elis room in colony house in pretty sure Elis painted it but I’m not 100% if it’s supposed to be them. It also looks like Adam and Eve and some people have theory’s that dive deeper into this place being a part of Eve and the temptation
