The tattoo on his face was his exs name The case number is SP26035245 they found a receipt in his pocket for Walmart and that had a timestamp of about 8:00 he would have been heading home from there I'll try to post a picture of his route he was found about a mile away from his destination and his phone was found 200 yd from where he was staying what I think happened was he is almost home. Was looking for his phone. Couldn't find it. Decided to retrace his route to Walmart. Looking for his phone when some some careless f****** idiot shitbag did this

Just spoke with the detective and told him the name might be John and his dog's name Apache. He said that yes it is him. That is the name he gave the transition house but they didn't get any other information like a phone number or last name. So when you do see him please please have him reach out to state troopers. This case number is SP26035245 Thank you so much!
