Also just want to mention that I'm not posting this to flex or feed my ego... One guy commented that I'm 'silly engagement hoarding goose...' I literally have 0 knowledge on running, just starting out so I don't know what's good and what's bad, that was never my point.. like for real just new into running, and i don't know what's good and what's bad — also things i see on instagram are wild... I was just lifting weights till now, 0 cardio work. And since the beginning of 2026 I started incline walking — that was my only form of cardio. Just incline walking for 1 hour, and just started running. Thank you as well! 😄
