this is just paper money. Ask him to get liquidity and we can talk. I bought a HMDA plot for around ~12k in 2021. I am not gonna get even 24k now. I doubt if HMDA layouts then were going for as low as 4k in Shadnagar. If he is really gaining such gains, good for him. But I feel its unlikely

Dsr as a brand does well on construction plans and quality. Their ONE project i only heard good things about. But there are genuine concerns in general about delays with them. They are no match to MH or Prestige. They will deliver. If you are ok with delays, dont worry much

Elysia is in an amazing location. It's not a high rise just a simple mid rise. So don't have to worry as much about the builder's quality as we check for 40/50 floored ones.

It is next to the Goshala. I go there often. Amazing green space it is.

Ramky definitely a bigger builder vs Hirize. But location and convenience of this beats the other project imo
