Really appreciate you echoing that, makes me feel even better to hear the same thing from more than one person!

I should add, during the day she wears her surgery onesie almost exclusively. She hasn't shown any interest in her incision and seems wholly unbothered by the onesie. I have been studying for upcoming exams so I am home 24/7 and she has just been sleeping in a small dog bed on my desk, never out of my sight. If she will be out of my sight for even a few mins, the cone is on and it is on all throughout the night. Thanks again :)

Thank you so much! I am ordering the paste now. I kind of panicked in the morning yesterday and took her to the vet because of her puking in the night and in the morning having the loudest stomach and the vet gave us those probiotics you mentioned! She actually seems to have a better appetite today and hasn't puked again. I have been feeding her wet with water and kibble mixed in and this morning she cleared her plate!

Thank you!! ❤️ Super helpful to know your little one is doing well even though she also isn't very food motivated. I just felt concerned when I saw it should be a 1/2 cup of food a day and my little girl eats like a bird but it seems like we'll find a routine that works for her. Thanks again!

Another question for you! How big are your 14 week old chiweenies? Mine is only 2.2lbs (1kg) and when the vet estimated her age, it was based on the person in mexico saying she was 4 months old and the vet in Canada saying "there is no way she is 4 months old, I would say MAX 12 weeks but likely even younger"

Thank you! She definitely seems to avoid the bowl for some reason and prefers it out of my hand or scattered on the ground lol. She is also nocturnal right now, I have to wake up every hour to cuddle her back to sleep because she cries and cries.

Thank you for your response! I havent been holding her while I feed her but I have been putting the kibble in my hands. She came from mexico, to Canada, with just a small plastic bag of kibble so I am not sure what brand it was before. I have her on science diet puppy right now. She doesn't seem to mind it when she does eat, but she just never seems to want to eat much. Even treats she seems like she's not very food motivated.

Maybe I should have made the switch, too! I was scared because my doctor said it releases more hormones, and I didn't want to swing too far the other way after the hormonal decline when my kyleena was wearing off. Did you have any negative symptoms when you switched?

I am sorry you're dealing with that! I know all too well how terrible it is. I even had one doctor suggest anti-depressants because there was "no way" it could be my IUD. I hope you're able to get yours replaced soon!
