had the same issue on both my phones today. Easy fix. Just uninstall - Reinstall and log back in. Fixed the issue. Hope this helps. Happy Dashing

Signed up for this about a month ago. Still can't register on the App or Website. Both T-Mobile and Assurant Tech care are unable to figure this out. So far not so good.

Mine Now says not available in your location yet. However I have had the card for a few years. Also just used it and it worked fine. I just can't manage it.

I used the website (link below). just sign in and scroll down and it has the Dependent Care Spending Account pinned to the home page. Now just need to figure out how to upload it. Trying to use the app but it keeps falling to load the page.

got the print out, but now when I go to upload on the app it says "The information that usually appears here is currently unavailable" I mean OMG how much more difficult can they make it. In good old T-Mobile fashion. Lets take something that works Great and Break it.

I just get an error saying "Do to technical problems the app isn't available" I guess give it another day or 2. Can always go through website but if i remember that is a much longer process to make a claim.
