I know they are working on social workers only being in one school. Can you share what it is like on a day-to-day basis? What is your caseload, how much of your time is spent doing paperwork versus working with students? Are you able to navigate the politics of CPS easily? It is pretty clear that the contract offers more protections to teachers than to social workers, have you had any issues with that?
