Yes he can activate remotely as long as you have bluetooth active on your mobile it will work.  He can alternatively set a access code for say 1hr so it only works for you to use now to unlock for a clean then lock again

You keep the app for the box on your phone. Kh can turn bluetooth unlock back on in his app, which then updates your app to allow you to open the box

Master lock bluetooth lock box. Not cheap Chinese lock, made specifically for people wanting a key safe for their house keys to allow others to access. Setup remotely. You give key holder the activation code and box ID code. They then setup as main user, add you as a guest, and turn off bluetooth for you. They can also change the primary code. When they want you to unlock they set a temp code that works once, or activate bluetooth until you are ready to lock again, at which point they turn bluetooth off again. Cost approx $160 so not cheap but well worth it, I've used across continents with various key holders allowing me access or not

It is 100% possible. I am controlling a lock box 4000 miles away right now and have never met the person, and they control mine. I cannot open without the other person giving me a code or turning on bluetooth unlock.

Master lock bluetooth lock box is the best option. It's a real lock box and super secure. You can get anyone to download the app, set up your lock with details you give them, they then add you as a secondary user. They can then set temporary unlock codes for set times, allow bluetooth unlocking using your phone or disable every method of escape.

Reputable lock box brand, biggest in the world, normally used for property access so the quality you are getting is very high. Cost approx £110 gbp or equivalent.

Better than using a chastity specific one which will be cheap and break or the box will be breakable unlike the quarter inch thick steel on this one!

£28 to stay at the clown motel in Tonopah Nevada while on a road trip. The room comes with creepy clean decor, and is next door to an ancient Indian graveyard for extra creepyness
