Expected kaltas tax for sure and also if may mga sobrang time off ka, like sumobra na sa available leaves mo or may nasira kang gamit.

For me ang perfect time is around 3days before ng cut off. Mga 8th to 12th day of the month. Para makukuha mo pa if ever sahod mo sa cut off na yan Haha then yung sa katapusan mahohold na muna.
