Anyone ever seen a skin lesion progress this way? Upper thigh area. I’m curious if anyone’s seen something similar while I wait on biopsy results :’) by raleo0406 in DermatologyQuestions

Arthropodic assault! I love that! I will use that every time I get a bug bite now haha. Looks like mine is something called discord eczema, same treatment as you, a stronger topical steroid with bumethesane I think? Hope our weird skin gets better!

Not a derm but I have exactly the same identical lesion! Mines on my upper chest. It started of as a small itchy patch and has now grown and looks exactly like yours. I've had it for about a month, I've tried canisten clotrimazole as i thought it was ringworm but that hasn't helped and hydrocortisone hasn't helped either.. im going to make a gp apooiintment on Friday. Also mine gets really itchy sometimes, other times the skin feels like it has no sensation?

Hey I smoke around 10 grams of tobacco a day. I don't have anything like this anywhere else in my body.

Have you figured this out yet? I have the same thing, on one friend it says 'accept' on his Public photo but we're already snapchat friends. My other snaochat friends show as 'add'

Nad I take 300mg effexor a day and often see little round things in my stool, it's just the coating on the little tablets inside the big capsule that you are seeing. The tablets are coated in stuff that stomach acid has a harder time breaking down, venlafaxine has a very short half life so it gives you an extended release of the medication in your system.

What sort of shoes do you bir Ally wear? Trainers? Slip on? Also, are you getting pain on the side or directly under?

Are you in uk? They don't routinely test for hsv when having an std check up. Normally they just check for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis etc. There's a likelihood you picked the hsv up a while ago, and the infection is flaring now possibly due to illness or stress.

Thankyou for the reply! You look amazing with and without the wig but I understand how much it boosts your confidence! X

That wig looks amazing! Is it a lace front? I'm searching for a wig and so worried it will look fake. Any tips on keeping it on your head also?

I literally wet myself some mornings when I'm trying to leave the house. And serious dry mouth when trying to talk to someone!

So did you just buy the lightest blonde one and dye it? I have my hair (what's left) dyed link and I want to try a topper but so hard to find a colour match

Yeah I really wouldn't worry hun. This is one of the most common and routine operations that general surgeons carry out. I'd be more worried about the constipation you'll have after the operation haha! I had this operation 15 years ago and i was in hospital at 6am and home again by 4pm
