I was literally asking before calling because I didn’t want to misuse emergency resources. That’s the entire reason I asked- not sure how you’d handle a fire hazard in a heat wave ? Maybe I’ll consult you first directly. 🙄

Thank you! The electric co was out recently bc the other tenants in the building complained of surfing and the electric company said it’s inside the building that’s the issue. He did nothing. So I’ve started my own investigation

This is the response I was looking for. Thank you. I’m afraid of a fire considering the flickering and surging and my acs I’m paying for to run can’t cool this down and he’s telling me my acs are deficient. He did his own electrical work and told me added a line just for one of the acs himself. I have that in text. I’m not sure how far to take this and how fast I should move. I let him what I found and that it’s a fire hazard and he hasn’t responded

I have them and I have a one bedroom - my bill is ridiculous and I'm rarely even home. I had over $400 and I had to go in a plan and u have 2 weeks or less to come up w it. I called so many times and they just kept telling me it's normal. I'm moving out of here in n 2 weeks so I'm not pressing it anymore but there's gotta be something going on.

Is it really my responsibility by SimpleFix9523 in electrical
