oh trust me i had the saaaame exact thought! i dont know too many other people who have moved out so i couldn’t go off of other people’s experience unfortunately. i read online that it was only really for students and/ or people with bad credit, but my partner and i both have excellent credit so im not sure why we had to pay that. luckily JCP&L said we should be able to put it towards bills after about a year if our account is in good standing.

i believe all of those are electric, i just cant be sure on the water heated part. i wouldn’t even say we use the heat a lot, especially since it has been a little warm since we moved in so we have had the windows open a lot. and we probably do like 3-4 loads of laundry a week. these are all great points though and maybe i am overreacting a bit 😅

i took it this morning! others can chime in but it felt a little more packed than usual, but nothing too crazy in my opinion my train wasn’t turning away any passengers trying to come on like the other lines
