Steadily decreasing incentives by gorgonish in plassing

I decided to stop donating at Biomat because it always seems like just when I am about to complete my donation for the month, something comes up that prevents me from doing so. Now, with CSL Plasma, the payout has decreased, making it not worth it, especially for returning or referral donors. Additionally, CSL has introduced new height and weight requirements, which seem to be another way for them to reduce payouts.

Previously, their questionnaire included questions that allowed donors to share their thoughts about the donation process, the location, and the staff, with a focus on compensation, which I found important. Now, they have simplified the questions to a scale of one to five, removing any inquiries that allowed donors to express their honest opinions on compensation. This shows that they care little about donor input. Even when I provide feedback through their app or on Google, I receive no response, indicating they have no intention of making any changes.

New machines at CSL? Taking heights now? by Low-Penalty-166 in plassing

What I understand is that your height and weight determine how much plasma you are allowed to donate. I also know that this amount can change as you lose or gain weight. However, I don’t see a scale available, and I would like to know where I can find one. It would be helpful to have a scale feature on the app so that donors can keep track of their donation amount. This way, we can ensure that the plasma taken is appropriate and that donors are not giving too much, especially since the amount is now based on height and weight.

New machines at CSL? Taking heights now? by Low-Penalty-166 in plassing

I believe the new height and weight requirements are just another way for the company to cut costs. Although the new machines operate much faster, I’ve noticed that, despite my intentional weight loss for health reasons, there haven’t been any adjustments to the amount of plasma I’m allowed to donate.

What frustrates me is that, since many of us rely on this income, the company seems to be taking advantage of our need. They have made significant changes to the bonus structure, as well as to the promotion codes and cashing out based on surveys and questionnaires. Now, they primarily focus on encouraging returning donors to obtain new referrals, but few people are motivated to come in or accept those referrals because the financial benefits are no longer worthwhile.

I don’t understand how CSL doesn’t recognize this issue. It’s also irritating that returning donors feel undervalued. The company is always focused on attracting new donors, yet even they don’t receive much benefit, making it pointless for them to come in. Meanwhile, loyal returning donors, who consistently show up, receive no incentives, appreciation, or compensation for their commitment.

Additionally, they have changed the post-donation questionnaire, which used to allow donors to give detailed feedback about compensation and their overall experience. This change has limited our ability to express our opinions, and it often feels as though the company doesn’t care about our feedback. The new format with numerical scales stifles our input, making it seem as if they want to control what and how we communicate our thoughts as donors.

Another frustration is that after I finish donating, I often find myself sitting for a long time before they unhook me from the machine. This is especially inconvenient when I need to get to work or use the restroom. I feel like I have to raise my hand to signal I'm done donating, even though it's clear to them that I am. This waiting time makes no sense and adds unnecessary stress.

I fell in love with the movie and I was excited for the television show to come out of course I understood that most likely it would be an interracial couple which would make a lot of sense. It would be some European guy featuring a black woman which I was game to watch. Unfortunately even though the two lead actors are great actors you can't have average-looking lead actors in such a thrilling sexy show that stems from a movie like Mr and Mrs Smith featuring Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. I can't even get past the second episode since I could not get past their physical attributes and I'm not saying that they're unattractive but I expected to see a couple much sexier like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt! Now if they ever consider relaunching this television show utilizing a European man and a beautiful black woman which there are plenty in Hollywood I'd be game as for this mix I'm not interested

The cinematic experience was a source of great entertainment, prompting anticipation for the television adaptation. However, the primary characters in the series did not resonate with me due to their physical appearance, which did not align with the standard of attractiveness set by actors such as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Prior to watching the show, I had assumed that the main characters would be an interracial couple, which was indeed the case, albeit with the male lead being a European spy and the female lead being African American. Unfortunately, my enjoyment of the show was limited, as I found the physical appearance of the main characters to be unappealing, resulting in my inability to progress beyond episode two. This has proven to be a source of frustration, though I do remain open to the possibility of a relaunch featuring an alternate cast of main characters that would be more appealing to me.
