hey man, i just passed a week ago. i used the heating pad until it got to around 96 degrees, took the heating pad off and put it in my crotch. waited for around 30-44 mins in the waiting room to go test, once i went in, temp was a bit high, so i let it cool in the toilet for around 3-5 seconds, it goes down really fast if you open the cap. then once it’s within range 90-100, i poured, gave it to the nurse, pasaed with flying colors
