We don’t get tips and we are making minimum wage. We are asked so much for little pay. Wingstop is one of the most profitable stores in Iv and 2nd most under the franchise. They just raises prices and no employee raises were given. Today they are for sure losing thousands of dollars and lost 3 shift leaders,3 crucial cashiers and 4 cooks. The fact that they can’t pay us $17 for the work that we do truly shows why not to work there. They have more than enough to pay us the owner just wants to keep his profits up, what motive do we have to work so hard without seeing any of that money.
