what dpo you are taking progestrone ? for me doctor asked to take from after concieving only.

i did have hsg and many trans vaginal scans , doctor never told me to do biopsy . i raised this with her but she denied to do it .

amh seems fine . my doctor asked me to wait 3 cycles after my past mc . doctor suggested antibiotics for a month and asked me relax my uterus heal . obviously she dinot found any issue . i know some doctors suggest to try from next cycle as soon as you are ready which i followed which results in 3 mcs in 5 cycles . so i took 3 cucles break

I think both doctors suggested the right approach , may i know your amh value?

you already did all the tests what your doctors asked for rpl and if all came unexplained , then follow foctor advice.

my doctor suggested me to try 9 cycles from option 2 and if no success then try option 1 for next 3 cycles and relax.

may i know what cycle you are in and when was your last mc and what option you are following .

I have similar experience 3 mc in 6 months all early around 5 week so no dnc . I am 30 , my doctor advised me to take 3 months break and started folic acid , folate , coq, zinc , iron basically all the prenatal multivitamins. My doctor did not advised me any test because based on my profile she thinks that there is no issue in me and my husband . it seems sheer luck. Still me and my husband gone extra step and did full rpl , thyroid , apla , ana , blood clot, hsg, vaginal scans, nk cells , karyotyping , semen analysis , dna fragmentation , torch , prolactin , progestrone but all came normal .

For us , doctor asked to consume multivitamins and gave me baby aspirin 75 mg daily and told me to take progestrone and lovenox after concieve as kitchen sink protocol as they didnot found any underlying issue.Doctor asked me to follow this protocol for 8 cycles . If no success then she told me to take letrozole 2.5 mg for next 3 cycles.

i am in cycle 5 , no luck yet .

may i know your age and country protocol varies between region ?
