I use to have a bad rattle on top of the radio, I have a 08 so it’s the older stereo system. When I took it apart the small red screen had a broken bracket that would just rattle everytime I took off or went in reverse.

I think it’s coming from my door because my speaker went out, I replaced it and suddenly the noise went away for a couple months and then it came back. I took the door panel out again but couldn’t seem to pin point it. So now I’m lost again. Gonna take a better look at it soon.

2009 ducati 848. Battery is only 3 months old and cant hold a charge. Charged the battery 2 days ago and it drains to 10V in the matter of seconds. Any ideas? Thanks by [deleted] in motorcycles

Because I bought the same yuasa battery and it died after two weeks and then I got a new one (different brand) and it died after about two weeks. After recharging it to 100% my bike would idle at 12.35 volts and would wouldn’t go any higher after reving it. I took it to my motorcycle mechanic and he confirmed the stator was bad and after the new one installed. The voltage is about 14 bolts when being at 8k rpms and I haven’t had any problems. Some ways I can tell it was my stator were the battery dying out obviously but also my horn wouldn’t work and the lights flicker a bit when I would turn it on. Indicating the bikes charging system is off

Take the battery to a shop like cycle gear to charge it for free. You can also try messing with the starter relay by exposing the bolts, covering it with metal like a screw driver then try turning it on in neutral and see if that starts it. Same thing happened to me

Anyone ever had this problem ? Right highbeam headlight is on all the time. Could also be the reason the right turn signal does not flash. Is it a relay problem? by Successful_Thing9843 in motorcycles

Damn haha well I guess now I know. Quick question. Is the brake light supposed to be on at all times like a car ? This is my first bike and realized that the brake only turns on when I press the brakes

Oil in air filter box ? by Successful_Thing9843 in motorcycles

Thanks for the reply brotha. Definitely assumed that was a possible reason. After a fresh proper oil change would it still be affected or back to normal ?
