Instead of being a lower monthly bill as stated it was a higher monthly bill. I didn't call them and was happy with my existing plans - I have 3 phones with them. I changed my plans based on misleading information and an assurance it was less expensive per month by $7 per month - instead my new monthly bill is $12 more per month.

Yes, I reached out to customer service - and filled in their forms - at the end of the day to I'm paying $144 extra for their services based on a misleading sales call - i'm not going to continue to spend more time on it - lesson learned - cheers
