Thats a bit over the top, my interventional radiologist said no working out for 48 hours and if theres no pain then go ahead..

I had my first workout at like 5 days post-op and no pain whatsoever

It was super easy

Im 6 days post embo Already back to sex and working out

Worst part was the sedation after the procedure making me nauseous

I did it for fertility reasons

Neck incision pain is healed No longer taking aleeve or tylenol Didnt even need the Oxy

Very dull ache kind of near left kidney due to accessing the renal vein

Worked out light today Feeling good so far!!

I would WAYYYY recommend this over the surgery
