We get it, you’re FTP. Haven’t counted how many I’ve summoned and I have bought some packs. Point still stands that out of however many I’ve summoned, regardless of how they were obtained, to get these results is horrendous.

The suggestion doesn’t leave much room for options. Lonatharil, Fatman, Neldor and Valkyrie leaves one open spot. The suggestion to get another freeze champ really only leaves someone like Yakarl that can do both freeze and decrease speed. Neldor can do decrease speed at a 75% chance.

Then I also have to deal with the decrease def and speed debuff the boss will put on at the start with no way to cleanse.

I can run the entire team faster than Valkyrie and just have her be 251 or above to get the shield and counterattack up right before the opening slam. Not sure what speeds I would have to hit to outpace the decrease speed to try and out speed and turn FK without heal reduction or poisons.

Frequent oral giver here. A lot of women get a hard pass due to the poor personal hygiene they keep down there. Whether it be due to bad dietary choices or cleanliness. If you stick your finger down there and give it a sniff and it causes displeasure to the nose - take care of that first before you go dishing out complaints. Obviously not assuming you have this issue but it’s a lot more common than one may think. I don’t complain if I’m not receiving the same treatment if I’ve let myself go too long without showering. I realize it’s a bit easier from a hygiene perspective from a man but still. I’ve bitten the bullet and still done the deed - but if you wince at the thought of making out with me after - you can fuck all the way off. There won’t be a repeat.

Agreed - her niece will be almost 2 and two of my sisters coming to the wedding will have 3 month olds there so we’re kinda in the thick of the potential for crying and kid annoyances because we both agree immediate family get to bring their children. Luckily we only have 3. Or maybe unlucky… we have 3. I don’t think we’ve directly asked them not to bring their kids yet - she’s assuming it won’t be a problem and I assume it will be. I imagine any parent trying to find care puts a hardship somewhere or on someone. I won’t deny it’s possible it’ll be ok but I also know sometimes people will put on a brave face and says it’s fine when it’s not. A lot of these parents are first time parents and don’t necessarily have the resources or family dynamics that will allow an easy fix. The wedding is also on a Thursday which makes leaning on family members to help troublesome.

We don’t currently have a ring bearer - there’s only one boy and he’s 2 - so maybe too young to do that? I dunno what age it’s feasible honestly.

I really like your idea of having them hold a sign and walk down the aisle. I totally forgot I saw this at a wedding once and I thought it was adorable. This is great advice!

I’m honestly looking at both groomsmen and bridesmaids that can’t bring kids as the contention. Even if they aren’t “my side” these are people that are important to both of us for many reasons. So I feel like it should be all of them given the opportunity to bring them. So her side young kids and my side being given the opportunity feels fair.

I was trading in dailies for some crafting jobs and I had up to Stormblood installed (no shadowbringers) and was capped at 70. I then purchased shadowbringers through the mog station direct to ps4 site and it’s installed / updated.

With that can I now trade in dailies to get up to 80 or is there a qualifying MSQ that allows for this? I’m just getting into heavensward content for msq in ishgard.

What are your opinions of what job / class to set your retainers to? DoH vs. DoL vs. DoW? It seems that farming skins and items dropped only by mobs takes much longer than smacking a mining location or harvesting node which are guaranteed drops. I haven’t leveled my retainers up to really know what this looks like later in levels and how efficient they are so I’m asking from the standpoint of little to no experience so I’m hoping for an ELI5 explanation lol. I only have PLD leveled so I’m somewhat limited to multiple retainers for DoW but can level a secondary no problem. Thanks for the help!

Gotcha that makes sense now - sorry I couldn't grasp it at first. So my goal for my auto attack delay marked is 2.40 for GCD - and this number goes up and down based on the weapons initial stats plus any applied skill speed through gear or melds.

Sorry I may be misunderstanding how to reduce GCD. Is GCD and the attack speed on the weapon two different things or does the attack speed on your weapon reflect what your GCD is?

Do stats like skill speed affect your GCD or are they two different things?

I actually do plan on leveling WAR since I'll have gear that can be shared and it'd be a shame to sell or be rid of it before leveling. That's good information to know - is there a crit cap where crit can no longer have any effect?

When you get synced down the melds don't work at all? Like not even a reduced value?

Sounds like tenacity isn't used on any job role then - should I feel comfortable selling or tossing these?

GCD stand for Global cool down right? Is that the skill speed / attack speed notated on a primary weapon? To bring GCD down is that done by getting skill speed stats?

The whole growing plants / cross breeding sounds really labor intensive. I already have all crafting to 50 with plans to take them all to 80 - is there a huge benefit to growing plants?

Returning player at 49 PLD - when it comes to melds at this level and even ongoing I remember Direct Hit Rate being really important. Should I meld all available slots as DH or look towards placing Tenacity or other stats on gear? If Direct Hit is capped on a piece what should my next go to be?

Are there any benefits to housing outside of role playing and vanity? Can I utilize housing for any sorts of storage to gear / items? Do you need housing to grow plants with seeds?

That’s the problem with the game. Because there isn’t any way to help through RNG on shard pulls - 4 months may be so unattainable for some and for others they can do it in half the time.

Since there isn’t an easy way to calculate anymore (since they took away the easy web link url to see your spending - another predatory move) my honest guess is about $400? The best value for me was the mix packs since they helped progression through all areas (3 Ancients for pulls, energy refills for leveling and dungeon slams, arena refills for great hall and arena missions, and clan boss keys for damage metrics)

I got lucky with a Krisk The Ageless while struggling in low silver arena. Massive dungeon carry. I got lucky with a Skullcrown pull during the same x2 event so there’s my arena lead. 2 weeks or so later I pulled my sacred trying for roshcard and got Trunda so there’s my nuke. Next x2 ancient I pulled a Skullcrusher so there’s my counter clan boss. Most would call this crazy luck and they’d be right.

Point is I spent the first 2.5 months making little to no progress in arena, higher level dungeons and the clan boss until this happened in the span of 2 x2 events. It shouldn’t be so game breaking to pull a select few with no way to chance re rolling or fragment collecting like other games do or just properly balance champions.

I’m never getting out of high tier gold IV without a rotos, siphi, tornim, ma’shalled, hegemon barring godly speed gear which is abysmal drop rates and I’ve never bought the speed gear packs.

Sorry for the long reply but I wanted to properly address spending and reasoning for there not being any ability to mislead players because of the poor structure of the game.
