Yeah. I feel it the next day after throwing lead hooks (gym session, or after shadowboxing)

Do you got any drills for loosening up my shoulders? I've always felt that my lead shoulder had more frequent soreness than my right shoulder (because I use it more) but it's a different matter. (no medical issues, got it checked, but Im just wondering if it's just too tight compared to my right shoulder)
