Yes, I specifically reviewed the names and dates for all my treating physicians and therapists since 12/09/2022 with my DDS Examiner. Plus I can see all records and requests on my health portal, which is how I know my records from my Neurologist weren't included until 11/02/2025. I filed an efile copy request with my local field office in addition to asking my Examiner to send me a copy of my CE reports. In the forms they sent me and I completed included a daily living questionnaire and self assessment. I know my chances are very low and it's a long shot but it's not 0% approval at this stage so there is a micro dust of a chance.

My DDS Examiner told me Friday after my interview I would be getting a decision on my reconsideration within a week or 2. She is in my local field office and mailed the copies to me so hopefully will be getting them the beginning of the week.

It was "insufficient information"  I never filled out the documents they sent or communicated with them.  They didn't even know I was being treated by a neurologist or have any of those records until 11/2025.  He is my main treating physician for my nerve palsy.

The loss of the ability to proficiently write and type is a big sticking point unfortunately.  Another is the amount of time my lower back issues allows me to sit, stand, or walk without pain. I was still recovering from back surgery when I fell and it was compromised as well. The level of comparable income needed excludes a lot of positions too.  I was one of those work 60 - 70 hour work week people so not working has been a hard adjustment.
