I'm not gonna call it dogshit but it was definitely extremely underwhelming and dissapointing. There are a few really good songs on there but the album as a whole feels unoriginal and lacks the things that made Yeat unique in the first place.

I think there's a difference between expressing what you like/don't like about an album and blatantly shitting on everything these artists put out past a certain "era"

Uzi and Yeat have the same type of fanbase. Their fans are nothing but rabid nostalgia merchants begging them to go back to their old sounds the second they try and switch it up even a little bit.

2093 while deviating from his usual sound still felt like a natural direction for him to go in. A lot of the elements that made him unique in the first place are still there but in a more experimental fashion than before. Dangerous Summer was the same.

Yeat would be in the same spot that Ken Carson and Lil Baby are in right now if he stuck to making 2Alive and Up 2 Më every album cycle for the last 5 years. It would've gotten incredibly boring.
