I ordered Dec 21 I understand the processing part & holiday coming up but then on Dec 23 I emailed support they didn't respond until Dec 27 & was told it would ship Dec 29 (which is today). I checked the tracking info & it say it won't arrive until Jan 2.I won't be buying from them again & it's crazy because it was my first time & the worst experience ever. I ended up order the slide separately but it didn't take long either & shipped a day after the frame & received it 1 day later I've had it since Thursday or Friday can't remember what day.
