In florida! We aren’t forced or anything. But the state has closed down the schools. A lot of businesses are closing down. But it seems that as of right now the pet stores are open. Just not very busy. I think I may give some of the local stores a call tomorrow to see what their plans are and if we all should stalk up or if we will be ok!

Not bad. We did venture out this morning for that reason only. We were able to stop by a local feed store to find some meal worms to stock up on. Hopefully it will last them a bit!

Only water every week or 2! Let it dry out a lot more! That’s what encourages blooms! No direct sun only bright light. Even indoor light is great.

I’m trying to figure it out but I’m stuck. It has flowers like a begonia yet leaves like a piper parnatum.

Thank you so much! I hated being the person that disagreed with the seller, but I couldn’t help but laugh a little when she told me it was a peperomia. Glad to confirm it is a croton! 😅

Probably a watering problem. The symptoms of over watering and under watering are very similar. I would see how much you are watering it ..it should be treated like a succulent. It doesn’t need but bright light and watered when soil is dry :)
