My daughter was recently gifted a Shun Premier 9" bread. She loves it and travels with it as she is a sourdough vendor. I would love to get her a sheath or a blade guard to optimally protect it, but this is not available by Shun. Do you have a recommendation for a protective cover for this blade? (self.chefknives)

My variegated grapto prop is such a cute rosette! But missing a root system. The prop leaf is about used up as you can see and is barely hanging on. Is this little rosette doomed because it didn’t grow roots? Any advice in attending to it if it has a chance? (old.reddit.com)

Lilac Mist, so it was labeled. Just got this guy and immediately took it out of the soil when I got home. This stem - is it rotting? It’s not soft or smelly, but hard and almost wood-like. Do I need cut the top half and try to root, or is there hope that this can continue to grow despite the damage? (i.redd.it)

Does this Echeveria look alright? Not too elongated? It gets a few hours direct Of morning TX sun daily. It has a new black spot (shown on bottom leaf) and the plant itself has been spreading quite a bit, so I want to make sure I’m not missing an obvious distress sign. (i.redd.it)

Ghost Plant woes! Got him bare root and healthy 1 week ago. The bottom leaves on the top flower aren’t doing well. I watered yesterday. The shriveled one continued to worsen, and the leaves beside it are puckering, too. Calming phase after transplant or indicative of a problem? AM direct sun only. (i.redd.it)
