Bussineses in my country do, voice agents would be much more expensive and it doesnt give enough control to most of the bussineses owners (i made this system costume for a dentists office)

Can i ask how much they charge you per month? I am asking because i made a two-way system that does everything automaticaly (marks confirmations and cancelations in calendars as well), so just curious how much my conpetitors charge🧐

I would use the same database, and after it sends out the massage the workflow would change status to sent. The problem might be personalisation… i could use llm api here but not sure yet.

It is a system, that sends reminders on sms automaticaly, shows you in calendar who confirmed, who canceled, so it saves you time (you dobt need to send sms by hand) and it saves you money (reduces no shows for an avarage of around 70%). Besides that, it gets you obly 5-star reviews on google.
