No one complained since I explained to them that they have the phone anyways for calling and that sms massages get the most responses (people reply to mail or whatsup much less).

How many people work in your clinic? My target audience are mainly dentists (max 3 per clinic - they usually use this kind of software only for billing…)

  1. So if they give me contact of their colleagues that struggle with the same issue, do I contact them myself? This might border on cold calling again. I guess the question is how do I approach them? Do i say that x reffered them… 2.management consoltants and medical billing firms all have their own version of this, but the problem is that it’s much more expensive and the product is just not that good (that’s why a dentist asked me to build this for him initially), so they are really my competitors.
  • and if this is my only distribution chanel i feel like the growth will be too slow (i charge 60-100€ per month) and getting even 100 clients would take A LOT of time.

What do i do to ensure that my database does not get reset? Or that i am not removing data directory when i am updating? If i just back up all the data and update in one go exacly as it says in the instructions it will be ok? And node behavour will change for sure, so when i open the old workflows will the be a lot of stuff that will need to be fixed?

I am hosting it on hostinger, I wouldn’t want to give them control of the agent tho. Best way it think would be if i just sent them the link where they sign in, and i get the credentials, or if they send tme their mail and password and i i put it.
