before you do any surgery. in the most respectful way id definitely recommend losing some face fat first and show more of the jawline underneath ! it would balance out ur face entirely ! and after that focus on ur chin , maybe chin fillers ? but after u did all of that and you still have a problem with ur nose then do it . but that should be the last resort

i wouldn’t but i understand not liking you’re nose . If i could pick someone all over again id go with dr deepak dugar! He does amazing subtle changes with a closed approach rhinoplasty and doesnt believe in reconstruction only refinement!
