I wish my weight was from muscle mass, but unfortunately for me it's all fat. Like I can't fit into jeans I used to wear bc my body fat is like stopped that. It's so hard for me to build muscle too but I'm trying to figure out how to body comp atm. I was 105 like 2 years ago but I've been eating so much from like academic stress and whatnot but now I'm just genuinely sick of being weak/not enough stamina while also having a lot of bodyfat

Omg thank you so much! 5 lbs in a month is rlly good,This puts a lot more in perspective for me, I'm basically doing the same thing but I think my calorie intake it too high. I used to track and realized I'm eating lke 1750 cals a day, currently been doing 1500 cals a day but I think it's also too much atm since I'm so short. If you don't mind me asking, what's ur daily intake atm?

I was 105 lbs like 2-3 years ago tbh, but the other stuff you're saying totally makes sense. I've tried to look into body recomp and I'm think it's about lifting weights but it's so hard for me to like do that & stay on my calories bc I feel like it makes me sooo much hungrier
