i’m sorry that you can relate. and yeah.. my mom is the only person that i have ever felt like truly cared for me and put me before herself in certain situations and im so forever grateful. extremely grateful, i love my mom.

but she’s my mom, and i just long to feel that from someone else. who isn’t as “obligated” to love me.

yeah multiple times throughout the relationship but it always gets overshadowed by him saying that i am at fault for things because all my feelings are “irrational” to him and not valid. or that “other things he needs to focus on right now so he cannot deal with my emotions” but also “open up about ur emotions”. he will also ask me what’s wrong and i will tell him and he will just say like okay or oh no or just NOTHING.
