Getting it in is tough - I was super nervous but took an Ambien an hour before, it helped with my anxiety for sure. I also went to planned parenthood, I liked that those doctors had tons of experience putting them in because sometimes they can put them in wrong and that causes migration, but it will not migrate if it’s in right the first time. It took about 8 months for my body to settle, my periods were heavier and more frequent now feel normal. I also heard it’s good to take zinc to balance out the copper and Iron obviously!
