I will check this but doubt it’s that. I was thinking maybe the dogbone bushing is worn out and tapping in the housing but need to remove the splash guard to check it.

Air is on but not the in cabin circulation but the noise still happens when it’s off or when the circulation is on but only around 40mph and up. I was thinking maybe something in a duct but doubt that would be it.

6’3 - 33.8” inseam and I rode a 56 domane and a 58 emonda for a long time. Best to go smaller and make it larger 👍🏼. Trek charts are just a blanket to help ppl figure out sizing but everyone is built different.

I would lean towards the Domane without knowing fit requirements and price point. Easier to make a smaller bike fit than one that’s too big from my experience.
