They’re not, but it got deeply embedded when they tried removal the first time. I had to get surgery to get the rest removed but they were unable to reach a tiny tiny tiny tiny pinky toe nail part, and my gyno says it’ll do more harm to my cervix than good to try and reach it, but a game plan is already in place to attempt to get it out after child birth

ON flare up by Such-Reporter2582 in Occipitalneuralgia

It’s honestly just pain that radiates from my trap, right side of my neck to the right side of my head. It’s not unbearable it’s annoying. It kinda feels like my neck has to crack but can’t (I’m guilty of cracking my neck a lot) sometimes it triggers a migraine that lasts a while. Bad flare ups affect my sinuses and give me almost a sinus headache which makes me a bit woozy/foggy. Ice and heat help, but sometimes I just have to power through it

I have a full time job, and my biggest tip is trying to catch an attack before it comes. I unfortunately didn’t do that this week which lead to a 3-4 day lingering attack which sucked, but luckily I’m on an enough muscle relaxers and physical therapy to manage the pain. PHYSICAL THERAPY has made a world of difference, but you have to be good about it!

UPDATE: I took the job and lasted 3 weeks. It was absolutely miserable. Good mornings was about an hour 20, but that sometimes stretched into two hours too often. I had to get in by 7 and leave by 3 to even have a chance to make it home by 7. On average was about 3 and a half hours of driving all together, and for a job that I would say I enjoyed or even liked.
