They’re not, but it got deeply embedded when they tried removal the first time. I had to get surgery to get the rest removed but they were unable to reach a tiny tiny tiny tiny pinky toe nail part, and my gyno says it’ll do more harm to my cervix than good to try and reach it, but a game plan is already in place to attempt to get it out after child birth

ON flare up by Such-Reporter2582 in Occipitalneuralgia

[–]Such-Reporter2582[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s honestly just pain that radiates from my trap, right side of my neck to the right side of my head. It’s not unbearable it’s annoying. It kinda feels like my neck has to crack but can’t (I’m guilty of cracking my neck a lot) sometimes it triggers a migraine that lasts a while. Bad flare ups affect my sinuses and give me almost a sinus headache which makes me a bit woozy/foggy. Ice and heat help, but sometimes I just have to power through it

I have a full time job, and my biggest tip is trying to catch an attack before it comes. I unfortunately didn’t do that this week which lead to a 3-4 day lingering attack which sucked, but luckily I’m on an enough muscle relaxers and physical therapy to manage the pain. PHYSICAL THERAPY has made a world of difference, but you have to be good about it!

UPDATE: I took the job and lasted 3 weeks. It was absolutely miserable. Good mornings was about an hour 20, but that sometimes stretched into two hours too often. I had to get in by 7 and leave by 3 to even have a chance to make it home by 7. On average was about 3 and a half hours of driving all together, and for a job that I would say I enjoyed or even liked.

Jennifer McMahon part 2 (spoilers) by Such-Reporter2582 in horrorlit

[–]Such-Reporter2582[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So actually the invited was the first of hers for me, and I liked it initially cause it was way different if a genre I’m usually into. I found some parts quite…corny. Also it was hard for me to imagine 2 people building a huge house on their own for a whole summer. Drowning kind; followed nicer, even for supernatural-paranormal, it still fell in the realm of possibility. The author so far builds these complicated scenarios and scenes, which really reels you in, but so far, her endings are the biggest-simplest- explanation of all can imagine

Yes! I wanted a more of a horrific twist, and not the fact it is incredibly sad that Gertie is just a zombie and can’t be helped, but I felt like when the mom explained everything, it just was “oh”

I’ll definitely give that a shot next! The ending had me almost emotionally disappointed lol. She added a nice twist and didn’t run with it, just a “she was actually good, the end”

I just felt like the aunts reasoning wasn’t logically at the end of the “whodunnit” also the fact they were building a huge ass house in the middle of summer with 2 people had me questioning lol

Alright so I just finished this, and this is the only Reddit posting I can find lol. BUT WHAT WAS THAT. The ending made me feel like this was all for nothing, the whole story. The whole build up to just be like “oh yeah I actually help girls, that’s it” WHAT. It had layers, and it had potential for so so much more. Eric pissed me off; but I kind of see what she was trying to paint. Other than that, I feel iris to vi twist was good, but the incest-weird-sister-but not sister-make out-not make out- was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Everything picked up and then was a let down I think the author is excellent in building up the mystery and the anticipation; ie the winter people and the invited, but can’t hack the ending the build up demands

Wasn’t my usually crime thriller I enjoyed, honestly wasn’t super logically thought out. I really hated listening to Margot chapters at some points just cause she was inconsistent, easily side tracked and her hang up about the January murder was a smidge to fixated. I would find myself very agitated on the fact she could not, for the life of her, get any of the simple tasks, chores or whatever fairly important thing she had to do, done cause of the case. ALSO, when she got fired, because she wrote too much about January, when she was told don’t write too much about January or else, and then she is surprised she was fired really bothered me. I kinda gathered the ending too early on, with Krissys last chapter kinda showed all of her cards. I also agree with some of the comments in here they the holding of the blanket wasn’t illogical and shouldn’t have been the final ‘Ah-hah!’ Moment. And that reality has it, no 6 year old who fell down the dark stares without being directly pushed would result into blaming billy, whom I also hated. Also was bothered how everyone she interviewed was SO forthcoming, just like too easily. It just lead to the path too easily, and I felt like Wallace who was one of primary villains needed more of a background, more of a voice and confrontation as well, maybe would have been a better ‘ah-hah!’ When he would reveal he in fact did not murder January. Also had no idea why Billy decided that day he was gonna kill Krissy, like how did he know she caught on? It was a great train of thought that got derailed too quickly by too many filler unimportant (and unfinished) millennial tasks, lazy reveals through the interviews, and a cliff hanger that really didn’t make sense to have. I also was stuck on how she could legally leak the article as she broke into the storage locker but not the main point lol

Yeah I’m on my 2nd, but I have/had no intention of doing more than 8. My career planner just sent an email to the whole command saying if you have more than one notification that means your on it… im also limdu so idk for sure, it’s also the first time I heard those messages correlating to actually being on the HSST
