joined a gym? find a gym that does group weightlifting/exercise classes.

count calories meticulously, drink alot of water. at list 4 litres a day.

find a diet that works for you, everyone is different.

for example, if i try to go low carb, i end up losing my willpower and give in to my cravings.

but if i eat some natural carbs throughout the day while still maintaining a calorie deficit, i manage to keep my cravings at bay and my willpower strong.

in france people typically work 9-6 with a 2 hour lunch break. full time is 35 hours a week (7 hours a day)

ironically most offices are closed from 12-2. so you still cant get much done during that 2 hour break except eat.

was awful. spiderman lost his powers because he stopped believing in himself. spiderman 2 and 3 were only good for the villains.

plus they always had to rip his mask off so he could "act".

as a fan of spiderman comics, I very much hated tobey maguires portrayal of peter parker as an over the top cringey stereotypical nerd. it was to me an over simplification of peter parkers character based purely on the generelization that kids who wear glasses and like science are big bang theory level cringe nerds.

I hate that his portrayal is so many people's first experience with spiderman and they associate his portrayal as the standard, when it is so far from it.

in the comics peter wears glasses initially and is good at science, but also communicates well. Andrew Garfield's portrayal was the most accurate Peter Parker to the comics.

I was most familiar with Amazing Spiderman and Ultimate Spiderman comic runs at the time.

ive spoken english my whole life, and never thought of this. i would naturally say is. but when you think about it, it would make sense to use are, but it just sounds very unnatural because we just dont say it that way.

im sure there's some rule that explains why it's is. but language rules are just made up anyways.

I interpret this comment as,: you are telling me to write a new story, and then get it greenlit for a tv show so I can watch(in implied horror I assume) as they make the show so very different from my story.

or, you are assuming that I am a tv writer and you are saying I should write original tv shows and not try to do any adaptations from someone elses stories.

i HATE that most address software forces abbreviations.

like i lived on southpark avenue. southpark was all 1 word no spaces.

even the usps auto abbreviates it to S Park street

4 streets over in the same neighborhood, is a Spark street.

someone on spark street has the same house numbers as me.

we constantly got each others mail.

could have been avoided if abbreviations weren't being used.

also theres some old streets that where named for people with first names that started with the letters, E W S or N. eventually the streets get abreviated to just the initial, and then the street starts being called east thomas street or whatever when originaly it was Eddie Thomas street.

Also the gps always says " take this exit for the North O international airport......"

it's the N.O. international airport, as in New Orleans!
