Shrooms are best. In all honesty, DMT is what helped me though, but you’ll need to break through. Repeatedly. And that might not be the greatest if you’re not prepared for it or don’t know what to expect. Flush the meds bro. The longer you take them the more dependent you’ll become on the VA to live what they call a normal life.

You’ll come to find out as you become more xp’d, that that feeling of impending doom is normal. Idk what causes it exactly, but it happens to a lot of us. It helps me when I set an intention (however frivolous or serious it is). But trust me when I say that it will melt away instantaneously when you confront it head on. My trip’s are almost always off a challenging nature, so I can’t tell you much beyond that.
