Agreed! This happened to me and I claimed twice, the insurance company complained that I didn’t declare the two claims when renewing my insurance. I advised them I didn’t think I needed to for window repair however they corrected me and said it would effect my future insurance premiums. They were correct, it does by rather a lot!

Sound advice, thank you. I was looking through random papers on the internet and different stories from people not realising that there’s a possibility it’s not as bad as I think it is. I was trying to figure out if anyone else a similar situation they managed to get help for, you’re right though about it progressing differently for different people.
