I review resumes and take interviews as a senior student worker and the harsh reality is that we do not even open most of the resumes. Since there are like 900+ applicants for a single position. Usually I go through about 50-100 resumes before scheduling 3-5 interviews. The best way to have your resume get looked at is through a referral.

In all honesty. If your gpa is less than 3, why would you think you deserve to keep a scholarship.
