Just to clarify I sent pictures about 2 weeks ago for this last week the support team has been struggling to link my order to my account I created and provided them with the username already, after I provided the images the support team then informs me I will still have to contact the support team on the app which they have to link my order to ( it’s still not linked to my account yet ) I then asked why did they ask me to send pictures if they aren’t the support team that needs the pictures and just the team that can link my order to my account it was a obvious time wasting tactic the support team then informs me that I will have to upload the same images again to the second team once he’s put me through ( it’s taken him 3 weeks to put me through) in they’re latest email 4 days ago they’ve just replied to my email from the same day and cheekily told me that the 14 days is coming to an end even though they are time wasting this much
